We started Liinom after years of watching good projects fail for boring reasons — scope that was never written down, estimates that quietly doubled, code that nobody could maintain once the contract ended. None of that is a technology problem. It is a way-of-working problem.
So the studio is built around a few unglamorous commitments. Scope goes in writing before anything is built. Prices are fixed against that scope. If a deadline is unrealistic, a feature is a bad idea, or you do not need what you are asking for, you hear it in week one — not in a post-mortem. Uncomfortable honesty is cheaper than a rebuild.

The fastest way to learn whether something works is to put it in front of real users. We cut scope toward the version that teaches you the most, then build outward from what you learn.

Every project is handed over eventually. We write code, tests and documentation on the assumption that someone else — maybe your in-house team — maintains it next year.
